SWTCH Energy has launched a solution they say sets a new standard for electric vehicle charging by bringing together cloud-based intelligence, onsite computing reliability, seamless wireless connectivity, and interconnection with properties’ essential systems.
The company is a provider of EV charging solutions; its latest launch is known as SWTCH Cortex and is designed to address some of the main challenges in creating intelligent and scalable EV charging infrastructure. Its solution is tailor-made for multi-family and commercial properties.
“With the new technologies we’ve introduced, we’re uniquely positioned to help multi-family and commercial properties save significant time and money in installing and operating EV charging stations,” said Carter Li, CEO of SWTCH Energy, in a statement.
The new solution simplifies EV charging station installation and management. The company said it is a powerful, cost-saving platform that property owners can use to meet the demands of today’s market and future EV growth.
Some of the features include local computing for improved reliability, advanced energy management for limitless installation, advanced wireless communications for reliable, cost-effective networking, and coordination with electric heating and cooling for optimized energy use.
