The fifth edition of the Quebec Electric and Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle Show was held this week and CAA-Québec presented at the event, which took place in Québec City’s ExpoCité Centre de foires from Oct. 25-27.
In an update, CAA-Québec said it was at the event to provide advice and expertise, and present two talks: “CAA-Québec and electromobilists, much more than towing,” and “Buy a used EV … and (maintain) it well.” The talks were hosted by automotive experts Jesse Caron and Maxime Dubois.
“Our participation in an event that democratizes technological innovations shaping the future of mobility lines up perfectly with our desire to support CAA members as they transition towards more sustainable transportation solutions,” said Pierre-Serge Labbé, Vice-President of Mobility Services, in a statement.
CAA-Québec had its own booth featuring mobility advisory services specialists to guide consumers through the process of buying a home electric charging station and having it installed through its network of recommended companies.
They also provided advice on the EV driving experience (vehicle, types of EVs, and financial incentives), and displayed some charging station models and electric bikes.
