Local automotive firms in Windsor, Ont., are exploring a proposal from the Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association to recruit Ukrainian refugees and provide them with jobs. “We’re considering it,” said Larry Koscielski, Vice-President of Process and Technology Development for CenterLine (Windsor) Ltd. “We’re educating ourselves.
