The Senior Vice President and Head of TD Auto Finance, Michael McGhee, will be moving to a new role as Senior Vice President, Divisional Office, and Transformation within TD’s Business Bank—effective December 7, 2021.
With this change the company also announced that Gino Caputo, District Senior Vice President, GTA, Canadian Business Banking, will move into the role of Senior Vice President and Head of TD Auto Finance.
“Throughout my career, deepening the client relationship has been the foundation of my approach. I’m thrilled to join TD Auto Finance at such a pivotal time for the automotive industry,” said Caputo, adding that “Michael has left his mark on both the business and the automotive industry and I know I’ve got some big shoes to fill but I am up for the challenge.”
Caputo held several senior leadership roles within TD across a number of divisions—including Business Banking, Retail Banking, Finance, Product, Program Management and Credit Risk.
