TSD Mobility Solutions, a software provider for rental car companies and auto dealerships, recently acquired a cloud-based loaner fleet management software company known as Fleetlane that serves dealerships, rental agencies, and auto repair shops.
TSD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reynolds and Reynolds, while Fleetlane is a Montreal, Quebec-based company known for the experience it provides to dealerships in vehicle management, back-office operations, and customer service. It also offers both English and French support.
“We’re excited to bring Fleetlane into the TSD family and offer French-speaking support to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealers in Canada,” said Shawn Concannon, President of TSD, in a statement. “Adding Fleetlane to TSD’s portfolio will expand our technology offering in the marketplace and strengthen our fleet management solution.”
TSD said Fleetlane has a range of integrated features, such as e-signatures, telematics, planning tools, and DMS integrations. They also said many of the features have been recognized by several OEM endorsements and customer reviews, or product quality and a responsive support team.
“Fleetlane’s solution is built with and for car dealerships, which is a philosophy TSD shares,” said Concannon. “Adding Fleetlane to TSD’s offering is a win-win for our customers and the industry, and I’m excited to see the growth that follows.”
