Digital Air Strike joined the Fortellis Automotive Commerce Exchange—an open platform for developing and marketing API-based auto solutions—as a new contributor on the platform.
The integration on the platform is meant to provide a more user-friendly back-end experience, and a more seamless experience for dealers. They can provide qualified lead responses and then quickly reactivate prospects with pricing, payment, deal details, and other information that customers want.
“Digital Air Strike is always looking for ways to partner with leading automotive vendors to help our dealerships streamline processes and improve engagement with consumers,” said Alexi Venneri, Co-founder and CEO at Digital Air Strike. “We are excited to be the first-to-market with Fortellis and Elead to offer our patented technology.”
That patented technology is the company’s Response Logix Engagement platform, which uses artificial intelligence and inventory matching technology to help dealers quickly respond to vehicle inquiries from consumers.
Since Digital Air Strike is a new contributor, it published its platform on the Fortellis platform to support the integration between the lead response technology and CDK Global’s Elead CRM software. Dealers rely on Response Logix to streamline and automate responses to consumer leads, boost the visibility of dealership promotions, and emphasize the customer experience.
Based on a study of dealer results, Digital Air Strike said dealerships using its Response Logix “can realize a 56 per cent increase in cars sold through highly targeted and effective lead nurturing communications.”
