James Hancock is the new director of business development at Canadian Black Book (CBB); the company’s latest addition to its head office brings with him 14 years of experience in the luxury automotive OEM area, in both Canada and the United States.
“Given his specific experience in what our core areas of business are, in data and analytics, it quickly became clear that James was the most qualified candidate for this position with Canadian Black Book,” said Yolanda Biswah, VP Sales at CBB.
For the past eight years, Hancock has been focused on residual value risk, lease portfolio management and remarketing off-lease vehicles. He currently resides in Burlington, Ont., but plans to move closer to the head office in Markham.
“I look forward to developing and showcasing the new data driven products that CBB brings to market, to help OEMs, banks and lenders, dealers, insurers and consumers, make more informed decisions,” said Hancock.
