The Canadian Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) will tackle the theme of Accelerating Change in the automotive industry next year when it launches its 9th annual CADA Summit online on February 3, 2021.
“CADA Summit 2021 will examine changes for dealers that were in the works before the COVID-19 pandemic and have moved ahead faster because of it,” said Bonnie Wasser, Industry Relations Manager at CADA, in an interview with CADA Newsline. “We will look at whether these accelerating changes are a temporary blip or a permanent flip.”
The CADA Summit will feature a host of speakers, including Stephen Poloz, Special Advisor at Osler (who was also the 9th Governor of the Bank of Canada); David Frum, Social and Political Commentator; and Jeremy Gutsche, CEO of Trend Hunter and New York Times bestselling author of Better and Faster.
It will also include a dealer panel, and two additional panels — one that will dive into the risks involved in the digital finance and lease processes, and one about the Rebirth of Canadian Automotive Manufacturing and its implications for dealers.
“Get ready for an exceptionally strong program for 2021, as the CADA Summit aims to answer and explore some of the more pressing topics on dealers’ minds amid the COVID-19 crisis and post-pandemic,” said Wasser.
Dealers participating in the event will be able to take part in Q&A sessions with the speakers, network with other dealers attending the CADA Summit, and honour award recipients of the 2020 CADA Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey (DSI), and CADA Laureates.
Registration is $99 for dealer members, and each registration provides the dealer with five logins.
TD Auto Finance is the CADA Summit’s Exclusive Sponsor.
