General Motors and Honda are considering an alliance on development and supply-chain costs that would build on the OEMs’ collaboration on electric vehicles and technologies. In a joint press release, the automakers said “they have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to form a North American auto alliance,” said Green Car Reports.
