Ford production to return to pre-virus levels in July

Ford expects production at its U.S. plants to return to pre-COVID levels by early July. “By July 6, we will expect to have all of our U.S. plants operating at pre-COVID patterns,” said Chief Operating Officer Jim Farley. “We’re really pleased with our start.” The automaker’s retail sales rose 44 per cent in May from April.
