Two vehicles will be raffled off to the public as a single prize during the Canadian International AutoShow in February as part of the eighth annual Rock the Road Raffle, a major fundraiser for Prostate Cancer Canada.
This means that one lucky winner will be taking home two 2020 Toyota Supras — a black GR Supra Nocturnal and red GR Supra Renaissance. The vehicles were donated by the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association (TADA), and the prize is valued at more than $152,000.
“Each year, the TADA comes through with an amazing vehicle, or in this case vehicles, to support the incredible work done by Prostate Cancer Canada,” said Susan Gubasta, President of the TADA. “With a limited number of tickets available, the chances of winning this pair of Supras are favourable. And you can feel good about buying a ticket knowing that you are supporting hundreds of thousands of families directly impacted by prostate cancer.”
The previous Rock the Road Raffles events raised $2.5 million for Prostate Cancer Canada, which used the donations to help Canadians affected by the disease through collaboration, research and education. A total of 30,000 tickets will be available this year will the goal of raising an anticipated $600,000.
“Rock the Road Raffle ticket purchasers continue to make a huge difference for Canadian families facing prostate cancer,” said Peter Coleridge, President and Chief Executive Officer, Prostate Cancer Canada. “Every raffle since 2013 has sold out, and the cars keep getting more impressive.”
The raffle draw will take place at noon and 1:00 p.m. on February 21, 2020 at the Canadian International Autoshow, located at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Ontario. Tickets are $25 each or three for $60, and are available until February 20, 2020 at 9:30 p.m.
