Kijiji Autos has announced the speaker lineup for this year’s DealerTalkx conferences in Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. The 2018 events will focus on “The Agile Dealership,” and are meant to provide dealers with information and insights about “shifting dealerships into high gear.”
The conferences will explore the theme through various keynotes, speakers and hands-on workshops, to help guide dealers navigating the twists and turns of transitioning, change management, strategizing and ultimately succeeding in an ever-evolving industry. They will also receive information on which tools will help them respond quickly and effectively to societal, workforce and industry issues.
“Our vision for the trajectory of our autos business is to focus on the long-term value we provide and the relationship we foster with our dealers,” said Leanne Kripp, Director of Autos at Kijiji. “Through our various events and reports, we are showcasing in a real way our commitment to a consistent and steady stream of insights, knowledge, and expertise, which we’re putting right back into the hands of dealers, to allow them to be more successful at their business.”
This year’s DealerTalkx conferences will see Doug Lipp from DisneyU as its star keynote in all three markets. He will share some of Walt Disney’s secrets for innovation and improvement. Michael Cirillo, FlexDealer CEO and host of the popular podcast “The Dealer Playbook,” will also be present as the master of ceremonies in each city.
