The Xtream Service equity mining service from Naked Lime now features predictive analytics to enable more precise use of customer transactions to make reliable predictions of future purchasing behaviour, according to the company. The General Motors IMR-eligible service is designed to generate service leads through dealership equity analysis, with sales and service recommendations triggered by a specific customer action or status.
The addition of predictive analytics refers to the use of new techniques in data mining, statistics, modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence to anticipate likely buyer behaviour.
The company is “excited to see dealer results as they take advantage of the leads hiding in plain sight in their existing data,” said Naked Lime Vice President Chris Walsh.
The enhanced version of Xtream Service is eligible for the General Motors iMR program, which provides matching co-op funds that dealerships can use for marketing and advertising.
“The privilege of being included in GM’s iMR program as a preferred turnkey provider only makes Xtream that much more accessible to those dealers looking to invest now for lasting benefits,” said Walsh.
