Michael Rawluk is new president of AutoCanada

Michael Rawluk has been named president of AutoCanada, where he will assume full responsibility for dealership operations and associated functions including business intelligence, marketing and human resources. He was recently Chief Operating Officer of the Birchwood Automotive Group’s 22 dealerships in Winnipeg, where he began his automotive career more than 15 years ago.

“We look forward to seeing Michael’s proven track record in managing a large and diversified group of dealerships translate into operational excellence for AutoCanada” said Paul Antony, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company.

Rawluk’s operational experience and skill-set will be “invaluable as we work towards fully integrating our stores to unlock the value within each store as well as that associated with our scale,” said Steven Landry, AutoCanada Chief Executive Officer.

AutoCanada currently operates 68 franchised dealerships, comprised of 27 brands, in eight provinces in Canada, plus a group in Illinois, U.S.
