Dealer Corporation Holding B.V. has purchased the AUTO123.com and Evolio trademarks and business operations under the Canadian entity Auto 123 Inc. The move follows the acquisition of Dealercity Canada Inc.
The new acquisition allows Auto 123 Inc. to offer automotive professionals access to experts and solutions for developing and optimizing a digital strategy, the company says. Included are online and mobile tools designed to improve sales and marketing performance and provide access to advertising media in Canada.
