John Farquharson has been named manager of operations for TradeRev in Canada, announced company founder and CEO Mark Endras.
Farquharson will be responsible for overseeing the support and arbitration departments and administrative operations throughout Canada, said TradeRev. He will also work on developing and improving processes that deliver customer service, and also help the company scale its operations through efficiencies.
“John brings more than 25 years of experience in the wholesale auto auction industry, along with an impressive track record and exceptional leadership skills that will be a true value add to our team,” said Endras, in a written release.
“John’s involvement in industry associations and his profound understanding and passion of the industry will be crucial in our efforts to further satisfy our growing customer base throughout Canada.”
Prior to joining TradeRev, Farquharson, was the director of sales and business development of Aucline. He has also held various positions at Manheim. He’s also been involved in industry association like the National Automotive Auction Association (NAAA).
