DealerRater, the car dealer review website will host a live webinar on the topic of “Harnessing the Power of Online Reviews” in association with Capital Ford of Regina, Sask. This 45-minute free online session will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 1:00PM EST.
In this webinar, DealerRater will share key steps necessary in monitoring a dealer’s online reputation, building online reviews and addressing unsatisfactory reviews. The presentation will include new technology tools to help dealers boost online review numbers as well as best-practices for leveraging reviews to trump competitors.
