Software and services company brings increased functionality to dealers with iPad app

Tech savvy dealers will reap the benefits of Reynolds and Reynolds newest functionality.

On June 1st the Dayton, Ohio based company announced the introduction of an iPad app called dealerPAD. The app promises increased CRM functionality at no additional charge to customers using Reynolds Contact Management software.

Functionality

Reynolds says dealers will now be able to access important features of their Contact Management software from anywhere, in or out of the dealership.

Other functionality includes the ability to create and update customer records, and the ability to search vehicle inventory. The company says the app was designed around the pre-existing functionality of the Apple tablet.

Jon Strawsburg, vice president of Product Planning at Reynolds and Reynolds says, “We’ve designed dealerPAD to be a ‘game changer’ in helping dealers improve their sales processes and improve customer relationships, inside and outside of the four walls of the dealership. Ultimately, our products are measured by the results they deliver for dealers.”

Reynolds says the app will allow dealers to respond more quickly and accurately to customer requests, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and improved revenue for dealerships.
