Keyloop has launched a new sales management platform tailored for Canadian auto dealers, as retailers look to simplify increasingly complex sales workflows.
The global automotive software provider said its new Sales Hub platform is designed to manage the full sales journey, from initial lead through to deal completion, while supporting omnichannel customer interactions.
“We’ve listened to dealers across Canada to truly understand their pain points throughout the sales process,” said Adrian Nash, Chief Product Officer at Keyloop, in a statement. “Sales Hub is a true end-to-end system, with AI built in from the outset to future-proof sales processes and maximize conversions as customer expectations continue to evolve.”
The system allows dealers to build deals, manage trade-ins and finance applications, and share quotes across multiple channels, including email, SMS and customer portals. It also supports digital signatures and centralized document storage, allowing for more fully paperless transactions and easier access to deal information.
Keyloop said the platform uses customer data, preferences and behaviour to personalize communications and generate more targeted offers. Built-in automation and AI-driven tools are intended to reduce response times and help sales teams focus on higher-value interactions. The platform integrates with Keyloop’s broader product suite, including its ecommerce and inventory management tools, and forms part of its wider automotive retail platform.
Sales Hub was showcased at Fusion Live Toronto on April 22.
