A U.S.-based global automotive consulting and technology firm called Urban Science recently announced four new enhancements to its TrafficView tool that integrates daily industry sales data with a dealer’s CRM lead data.
The company is known for providing data-driven solutions to the auto sector, including for dealerships in Canada. For example, its TrafficView tool provides insights on lost sales, by lead source, model, salesperson and geography. It also helps identify what drives sales wins and losses to improve dealership operations.
“The Dealer Summary Report gives dealer group leaders a quick, high-level view of how all rooftops in their group are performing compared to benchmarks, both same and competitive brand,” said Urban Science in a news release. “The report provides a comprehensive look at lead performance, showing both close and defection rates.”
The company said the new capabilities help provide a deeper, more comprehensive view of performance across a dealership’s network. They said other metrics like days-to-sale and days-to-defection provide an average of how many days pass “from the time a customer submits a lead and when that customer defects or purchases.”
These insights can help dealers pinpoint performance gaps and improvement opportunities across their operations. The enhancements are available to current users at no additional cost.
