Reuters has unveiled its 2025 Automotive D.R.I.V.E Honours Shortlist for an event that annually recognizes automotive excellence and celebrates innovation, commitment, impact, and leadership within the sector.
This is the third year this D.R.I.V.E event is taking place, awarding three honours per category in the (2025) categories of DEI commitment, reducing emissions, innovation, visionary leader(ship), and empowering women. The first three categories are organization honours, while the last two are individual.
The shortlist includes auto industry players that Canadian dealers may be familiar with:
- Chinmay Pandit, Board Member & President, Americas KPIT Technologies;
- Marcelo Brutti VP, Head of Global Business Division and Head of Hyundai Capital Americas Region, Hyundai Capital Services;
- Peipei Zhao, President, RoboSense North America, RoboSense Inc.;
- Randy Parker, President and CEO, Hyundai Motor North America (Visionary Leader Category), Hyundai;
- Jennifer Morrison, Director of Vehicle Safety Strategy, Mazda North America.
- Flavio Volpe, President of APMA;
- Mary Barra, Driving the Future (Mary Barra’s visionary leadership at the helm of GM), General Motors;
- RJ Scaringe, CEO (engineering a scalable, sustainable future for mobility), Rivian;
- Stella Li, Executive Vice President (scaling a global vision for sustainable mobility), BYD; and
- Satish Jeyachandran, VP Engineering (engineering the future of autonomous mobility), Waymo.
