Gubagoo has launched the latest enhancement to its Gubagoo ChatSmart, which was built in-house using OpenAI tools.
Known as Guba IQ, this next-generation AI-powered conversational commerce is meant for auto retailers and is fully trained based on the automotive experience of both Gubagoo and its parent company Reynolds and Reynolds. Its knowledge of the industry allows it to answer car feature and comparison questions, while machine learning helps it keep customers engaged in dealer chats.
In a news release Brad Title, President of Gubagoo, said Guba IQ provides more accurate and informative responses to detailed customer questions than before.
“This human-like interaction asks better questions and gets better answers, leading to higher customer retention, by delivering seamless and personalized interactions that drive deals forward and elevate the customer experience,” said Title in a statement.
The chat enhancement can communicate in more than 120 languages, and will not address inquiries outside of automotive. The company said a team of its chat specialists will continue to be involved in conversations when needed. And dealers can also jump into any conversation at any point.
“Everyone wants to improve lead quality and volume,” said Title in a statement. “Guba IQ gives you the confidence that your chat tool is well equipped to do so.”
The chat enhancement is currently rolling out to all Gubagoo chat users.
