UVeye, an Artificial Intelligence-driven automated suite of vehicle inspection systems, recently announced a strategic partnership with myKaarma, known for its service lane technology solutions.
In a sign of what is to come in the technology world where automotive and AI are concerned, the collaboration aims to boost the dealership service experience. It plans to do so by integrating UVeye’s AI-powered inspection tech with myKaarma’s communication, payments, and service lane tools — “straight to a car owner’s phone.”
“By combining our automated inspection systems with myKaarma’s ultra user-friendly communication platforms, dealerships can provide detailed inspection reports directly to customers through apps, email, text, and phone calls,” said Amir Hever, CEO of UVeye, in a statement. He also said they are expanding their reach to install their systems at “thousands of dealerships across the USA.”
The UVeye system works in such a way that when a customer drives through it, the myKaarma platform allows the dealership to send the inspection results directly to the customer’s phone. They then receive a welcome text along with their inspection results.
“This collaboration with UVeye underscores our commitment to innovation in the automotive service industry,” said Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma, in a statement. “Together, we’re setting a new standard for how dealerships communicate with their customers, ensuring every vehicle is inspected thoroughly and every customer is informed.”
One of the first dealer groups to benefit from the integration will be #1 Cochran in Pennsylvania.
