Stéphane St-Hilaire was appointed Chairman of the Board for FIX4 Capital, a company that specializes in equal access vehicle repair financing.

St-Hilaire is considered an automotive industry leader, entrepreneur and disruptor, having held various leadership roles at ADESA for more than 15 years. As Chairman of the Board he will work closely on the governance of the company, which FIX4 Capital said will act as an overarching support for the management team.
