Quebec’s Groupe Park Avenue acquired Bang Carrosserie that caters to consumers’ automotive bodywork needs and is located in Brossard—part of the Greater Montreal area.
With this acquisition, the group said nearly 20 jobs were preserved and added to Groupe Park Avenue. In a news release, they said the acquisition will allow the group to integrate a body shop that will help them diversify their service offers.
“It is a growing sector and we see interesting development opportunities in it,” said Norman Hébert, President and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Park Avenue. “With the growing popularity of electric vehicles, we need to broaden our maintenance and repair strategy and I am very excited to welcome the Bang Carrosserie team to our organization.”
For Norman John Hébert, Vice-President and COO at Groupe Park Avenue, the arrival of Bang Carrosserie is also excellent news that points to continued growth.
“Bang’s arrival in our organization was made following a rigorous analysis by our finance and fixed operations department,” said John Hébert. “More importantly, we are attentive to the needs of our customers and we are proud to be able to now add more specialized services in bodywork, and this, according to the high standards that set us apart.”
Bang Carrosserie specializes in automobile repairs and has a workshop equipped with up-to-date and efficient bodywork and aesthetics equipment. They have been in business for nearly 20 years.
