Capital Auto Group officially opened what it describes as Canada’s largest Hyundai dealership, which includes more than 68,000 square feet of space located at 515 Kenmount Road in St. John’s, NL.
“This launch is a direct result of our optimism in the future of Newfoundland and Labrador’s automotive industry and we’re proud to say it delivers the highest standards of performance, design and innovation, anywhere in Canada,” said Jon Howard, Chief Operating Officer of Capital Auto Group.
The new dealership features a 12-vehicle showroom, children’s area, digital kiosks, tablets, and an in-house bistro (known as Bistro FIVE15) meant to boost the customer experience. Customers are able to enjoy a freshly-made breakfast, lunch and baked goods, along with refreshments, hot beverages, and artisanal coffees.
“Especially suited for adverse weather in our province, customers now enjoy a quick and convenient check-in at the indoor three-lane service drive-thru,” said the group in a news release.
They add that every customer through the drive-thru will receive a complimentary wheel alignment check, tire tread check, and exterior cleaning on the spot, since the dealership has 25 technician bays and additional automatic car washes that, overall, more than doubles Capital Hyundai’s previous service capacity.
The Capital Hyundai and Capital Auto Group staff are now located at the facility, which is home to 115 employees.
