Policaro Group teams up with Oro Station on motor circuit clubhouse

Southern Ontario’s Policaro Group recently announced a new partnership with Oro Station, a 200-acre automotive innovation hub meant for automotive enthusiasts, racers and innovators.

The dealer group plans to build a two-storey clubhouse at Oro Station Motor Circuit featuring a multi-car paddock with an inspection and maintenance area, among other things. It will serve as the Policaro Motorsport headquarters to host racing customers and support the group’s professional racing team.

“We can’t wait to share the thrill of racing with clients and motorsport enthusiasts across the province,” said Francesco Policaro, Dealer Principal and CEO of Policaro Group. “The clubhouse will be our professional motorsport destination. From full performance services to watching our brands full-throttle on the track, it will demonstrate the heart of the Policaro Group.”

Oro Station is located in Oro-Medonte, Ont. and is slated to open to the public in 2023. The park will include 500,000 square-feet of industrial space dedicated to automotive research, engineering, education, and development—and it will include a 4.1 kilometre motor circuit. The station is located next to the expanding Lake Simcoe Regional Airport.

“We’re excited to grow motorsports in Canada with the support of partners and showcase Canadian talent like Policaro Motorsport on our Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) approved motor circuit,” said Geoffrey Campbell, Founder and Managing Partner of Oro Station.

Policaro Group will offer “client motorsport experiences” at its new clubhouse in the form of rentals, arrive and drive, coaching, and simulator training—among other things.
