Park Avenue Volvo received the Best Dealership to Work For 2021 award, which is meant to recognize dealers in Canada who have created a quality work environment for their employees during the year.
The award is offered to dealers thanks to a partnership between the Best Companies Group and Automotive News Canada.
“It is a great honour to see our team at Park Avenue Volvo being recognized in
the Canadian auto industry as one of the top employers of 2021,” said Norman John Hébert, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Groupe Park Avenue.
He said it was always important for the group to promote members of their team, to offer them opportunities for advancement, and to allow them to surpass themselves over the years, in addition to offering social advantages.
“This recognition award clearly demonstrates the concrete application of fundamental values of our organization in our dealers, and more particularly at Park Avenue Volvo,” said Hébert. “In fact, the dealership, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, is involved in the community, especially with the Centre de formation professionnel à La Prairie (professional training centre). The whole team fully deserves this recognition.”
The award will be officially presented to the Park Avenue Volvo team on October 5 during a virtual gala.
