General Manager of Ste-Foy Nissan Carl Latulippe and his team recently received the 2020 Prix d’excellence (award of excellence) from Nissan Canada.
“We have been able to stay the course and offer impeccable service despite the many constraints [of the pandemic],” said Latulippe, adding that “I believe this award is just the first in a long series to come for our team, of which I am so proud. The professionalism of our employees is admirable.”
The award is considered a high-level distinction (the highest) offered to the 20 best Nissan dealers in Canada out of more than 200.
Ste-Foy Nissan is among the only four Nissan dealerships in the province of Quebec, and the only one in the Quebec City region to receive the award during the year. The dealership invested more than $16 million in a more spacious and modern location last year and is now the largest Nissan dealership in Canada, according to a news release.
To receive the award, the dealership had to provide and maintain top business practices, along with the highest customer satisfaction rate among all Nissan dealerships from coast to coast—both in terms of sales and service.
