Increased auto industry presence expected at CES 2022

The Consumer Electronics Show’s (CES) 2022 event, which will take place in January is expected to host more exhibitors from the automotive industry than ever before. According to the Consumer Technology Association, which is organizing CES 2022, the transportation and vehicle technology category “has already exceeded the final number of CES 2020 exhibitors and brands are continuing to sign up for the upcoming show.” To date, 175 companies from the transportation and automotive industry have committed to the event (including General Motors, Daimler AG, Fisker, Turing Auto, and Waymo), a 12% increase from CES 2020.
