Serti’s new integration means dealers can track potential customers

Serti has announced a new integration with the Mazda CLMP (Certified Lead Management Program) to dealerships under the banner that will see certain customers shifted to the sales department calendar.

Specifically, potential customers seeking to purchase new and used vehicles on mazda.ca, dealer websites, and third-party websites will automatically be transferred to the sales department calendar — which means dealers will be able to contact and track these consumers with Serti’s CRM.

The company said its new lead management system offers a number of benefits and enhancements, and its integration with Serti’s solution “reaffirms the company’s intention to provide the best management system to all Canadian Mazda dealers.”
