Volkswagen is recalling more than 33,414 Jetta sedans in Canada and 218,192 in the United States because “bolts holding some high-pressure tubing can come loose over time, allowing fuel to leak and increasing the risk of a fire,” according to Driving.ca. The recall includes vehicles from 2016 through 2018 model years and features a 1.4-litre engine. There is no fix for the problem yet, but the OEM plans to start notifying owners around December 20.
