Decontamination companies are likely to gain popularity in Canada among dealerships in need of emergency or deep cleaning amid the novel coronavirus.
One example of this is We Clean COVID19, a Canadian company that does exactly what its name suggests and which specializes in deep cleaning for COVID-19. Its services touch on a range of industries, including commercial and business offices to ensure a clean, safe, sanitized, and disinfected environment.
“It is crucial for everyone to follow the CDC guidelines of regular hand-washing and practice physical distancing in order to control the spread of the virus,” said Paul J. Correia, environmental consultant, Assurance Environmental Inspection Services Inc., “but it is also equally as important to ensure the spaces that are being entered have been adequately disinfected and ATP levels indicate the virus cannot thrive.”
This includes homes, vehicles, and places of business.
The company’s method of sanitization includes industry-standard safety protocols, and up-to-date equipment and supplies to reduce ATP (otherwise known as adenosine triphosphate) to a level that does not allow the virus to thrive. That means ATP must be lower than 50 parts per million.
“The path to reopen local businesses and instill confidence in entering various spaces includes a regimen of thorough deep-cleaning and sanitization,” said Mitchell Moshenberg, COO and co-founder of We Clean COVID19 Inc. “That is of the utmost importance.”
According to the company, “recent reports” have indicated that the virus can survive much longer than previously thought in an ambient environment — adding that, and specific to Ontario’s situation, more than 22,900 people have been affected by a virus that has so far caused more than 1,900 deaths since the outbreak.
“The need for proper decontamination is crucial to help control this pandemic,” said We Clean COVID19.
