Sym-Tech launches virtual F&I solution

Sym-Tech Dealer Services launched Virtual F&I Powered by Sym-Tech in May to help dealers in Canada boost profitability and customer satisfaction amid COVID-19.

The company said it took its F&I Performance Solution and created a full turnkey solution for dealers to use entirely online.

Sloan said the Virtual F&I process replicates in-person interaction in a virtual setting, which can help dealerships more safely sell F&I products and boost performance in this area.

Some of the company’s virtual offerings include Customer-centric Virtual F&I sales process and credit application, Personalized F&I Menu Presentation, e-Signature enabled with e-Contracts, Virtual F&I training and online classroom, and Virtual fill-ins by a retail-experienced team of certified F&I Specialists (OMVIC, AMVIC), to name a few.
