The Dilawri Group is teaming up with Brian Ross for the co-ownership and operation of Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver, B.C., according to a company news release.
The partnership was announced on March 9, and represents the Dilawri Group’s first Ferrari and Maserati dealerships. The group now owns and operates 74 franchised dealerships in Canada.
“I am very proud to partner with an esteemed operator and automotive enthusiast such as Brian Ross, and represent two of the world’s most prestigious and revered brands,” said Co-Principal Ajay Dilawri. “This partnership not only marks the culmination of a long-standing friendship between Brian and myself, but also signifies the beginning of new business ventures together.”
Brian Ross also expressed his enthusiasm, stating that the Dilawri Group understands the Canadian luxury segment and the B.C. market “like no other.”
Ross acquired Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver in 2004. In 2010, he relocated the dealership’s operations to a new state-of-the-art facility, located in downtown Vancouver. The store was named North America’s top Ferrari dealership in 2015. Ross is also recognized as one of the top Ferrari collectors worldwide, according to the Dilawri Group.
The dealership is located at 1860 Burrard Street, and includes a large indoor vehicle showroom spanning two levels, and a nine-bay service department.
