OpenRoad Auto Group recently celebrated the grand opening of its new MINI Vancouver dealership in Kitsilano, B.C., which was previously known as MINI Yaletown before it was relocated and renamed.
The store has been in operation for 17 years, and was moved to provide customers with a more convenient location.
“We’re delighted to bring a new era of MINI to the Vancouver area at our new location in Kitsilano that will allow us to better serve our MINI customers for many years to come,” said Aly Jiwani, Area General Manager, OpenRoad Auto Group. “We expect MINI Vancouver will become a flagship MINI dealership supported by the top sales team in Western Canada.”
The grand opening was officiated by Aly Jiwani, Area General Manager of OpenRoad Auto Group, and included more than 250 guests. Attendees of the event were able to tour the new facility and browse a lineup of MINI models.
MINI Vancouver is also said to offer “enhanced” customer service, which is presented in the form of complimentary valet parking, and access to a coffee bar and a lounge area. Customer service is also offered in a variety of languages, from English to Italian, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Farsi.
