PBS Systems has launched a new 23,000 square-foot Training and Support Centre in Milton, Ont., meant to assist and educate customers, according to a company news release.
The company also said it plans to quadruple its staff and provide extended support hours for the new building. The grand opening event was held on June 3 at the centre, with customers, staff and members of the community in attendance.
“We look forward to welcoming our customers and staff to our new building in Milton,” said Shelly Scott, VP Business Communications, PBS Systems. “As we continue to grow, our goal is to always provide the best customer service possible, including significant regional training opportunities.”
PBS Systems is a Dealer Management Systems provider that is Microsoft Windows-based. It caters to dealerships in North America and the Caribbean, and has office locations in Alberta, Iowa, Texas and Ontario.
