Mitsubishi to use Dealer-FX digital services

Dealer-FX, a Toronto, Ont.-based customer experience management provider, has been selected as the preferred marketing partner of Mitsubishi Canada, which means it will be providing digital marketing services for the OEM’s Canadian dealer network.

“Nearly 90 per cent of vehicle shoppers do some research online before actually setting foot in a store. The ONE Platform from Dealer-FX features seven solutions that uses advanced data analysis and mobile applications to provide convenience, transparency, and trust to consumers, while also increasing efficiency, profitability, retention and brand loyalty to OEMs and dealers. The seven solutions, all integrated, are: Connect, Schedule, Check-In, Inspect, Engage, Check-Out and Retain.

The company typically works directly with each dealership to help them build a marketing strategy that will engage their audience. Some of the advertising solutions that Dealer-FX will provide Mitsubishi Canada dealers include Social Media Advertising, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Conquest Email Marketing and Reputation Management.
