LGM Financial Services has launched a dealer consultation program designed to make the most of the dealers’ business performance while helping them enhance their customer experience.
The company plans to have its “Distinction” managers work with Canadian automotive dealers to pinpoint their unique needs, and to create a tailored development plan for their store. This aspect is largely meant to focus on the store’s financial services office and individual employees, according to LGM’s news release.
“We listened to what Canadian dealerships want from their training partners and we’re excited to offer them a new training method coupled with important factors that contribute to dealers’ overall success,” said Ritchie. “Distinction is a comprehensive approach to business consultation that caters to the entire dealership business model, in addition to the financial services office.”
Training will be delivered in various formats, including one-on-one coaching, online training, and group sessions. By bringing the training directly to dealers, LGM aims to provide them with more flexibility in managing their schedules, and also to eliminate training delays for new hires.
“LGM is proud to be a trusted partner for dealer performance and profitability consultation,” said Don Ritchie, VP, National Distinction. “By working closely with each dealerships’ unique needs, our team can customize the program to improve overall dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.”
