Sym-Tech Dealer Services is joining Amynta Group’s North American automotive warranty businesses after being acquired by the company.
The Canadian F&I software provider considers this a continuation of its relationship with Amynta, which was first established in 2013. Amynta describes themselves as an industry-leading group of warranty, managing general agent, and specialty risk companies.
“We sought this opportunity with The Amynta Group to enhance our services to Dealer, Dealer Group and OEM customers in North America,” said Brad Wells, CEO of Sym-Tech. “Amynta’s additional capital and resources bring tremendous value.”
Sym-Tech also offers training programs and a suite of F&I protection products to the auto industry. The acquisition of the company by Amynta is said to fall in-line with their goal to improve dealership performance and ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.
“Our expanded relationship with Amynta will provide us with a deeper pool of resources to help accelerate the pace of technology, innovation and new product development,” said Chris Cawston, President and General Manager of Sym-Tech.
On Amynta’s side, they have observed Sym-Tech’s growth over recent years and are excited about the company’s strong executive management team.
