Building a presence

A number of companies, including 360 Agency, purchased a booth at NADA 2019 to grow their presence within the U.S. Their intention, like many others Canadian businesses, is to eventually enter the American market with their product offerings.
“Right now we’re still focusing on the Canadian market. We have one or two clients in the U.S.,” said Louis-Yves Cloutier, Co-president of 360 Agency. “Our primary goal is to focus on our core (business product), but we’re planning in 2020 to bring our salesforce to the U.S., and in order to do that we’ve got to make sure we are at NADA.”
360 Agency is an advertising agency that builds websites for car dealers and customizes them based on their client’s needs. The agency’s goal is to integrate the entire front end of a dealership. With their own CRM platform, they have the ability to focus on advertising and websites, along with the customer relationship and lead management. “We also have a consulting division that helps dealers make the transition between the tools and real life, and then we help them build a proper process,” said Cloutier.
“We just launched our digital retailing tools about a year and a half ago,” said Cloutier.
Dealers can integrate data from their CRM — so the information about consumers engaging with their brand, their cars, and even putting their credit card information on the website — that data can flow through the CRM.
