Sym-Tech Dealer Services has moved its headquarters to a new location near Toronto, according to a company news release. The new office will be located at 165 Commerce Valley Court in Markham, Ontario.
“I’m really excited to announce the purchase of this building to support both the current and future growth of Sym-Tech,” said CEO Brad Wells. “This investment, in addition to our Montreal and Calgary Learning and Development Centres, will enable us to better service nationally the needs of our dealer and OEM clients.”
The building has been described by Sym-Tech as a 2018 winner of the prestigious Toby Award for top commercial buildings. It offers approximately 80,000 square feet spanning five floors. As for design elements, the company plans to include collaborative workspaces, a wellness area and the latest in technology — among other things.
The Markham office is expected to provide Sym-Tech with “efficiencies through consolidation of a number of offices into one central location and accommodate back-office operations, claims, dealer support and Sym-Tech’s Ontario state-of-the-art ‘Learning and Development Centre’,” according to the news release.
