New Genesis site to enhance ownership experience

Genesis has launched a new website for its customers to both simplify and improve the vehicle ownership experience, according to the company’s news release.

The website, known as MyGenesis, is a good example of what OEMs are now offering consumers to meet their changing needs within a more digital environment.

“MyGenesis is designed to further enhance the ownership experience by making it faster and easier to access many of the benefits of being a Genesis owner,” said Erwin Raphael, general manager of Genesis in the U.S. market. “With MyGenesis, we aim to deliver on the Genesis brand promise of a seamless digital experience.”

The website provides Genesis vehicle owners with access to personalized vehicle information such as the number of miles until the next recommended maintenance, the ability to book vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs via the Genesis Service Valet, and access to services like remote start with climate control, among other options.

Owners can also search the website for articles, manuals, dashboard indicators, videos and FAQs.
