Great Place to Work Canada has named Mercedes-Benz Canada as one of its top 50 Best Workplaces in Canada, 2017 in the Large and Multinational organizations category, citing the company’s Employee Vehicle Plan and record-breaking sales record in 2016 as noteworthy achievements.
“We have seen a remarkable shift in employee engagement over the course of the last 15 months,” said Mercedes-Benz Canada Director, Human Resources, Nicole Poncelet in a news release.
Poncelet explained that the company reached out to Great Place to Work to garner critical insights that would assist employees in generating short and long-term ideas that positively impacted their work environment “and their overall employee experience.”
