Mitsubishi dealers across Canada will now have the tools to respond to each and every new car sales inquiry in a prompt, thorough and professional manner, thanks to an agreement between Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada Inc. and DMT Development Systems Group Inc.
DMT’s highly comprehensive lead management and tracking system RAPID! Response, will be installed in all 88 Mitsubishi Canada dealers by the end of the fourth quarter of 2014, the two companies announced.
RAPID! Response can consolidate sales leads from numerous digital sources and deliver them right to a salesperson’s smartphone, tablet or personal computer for immediate assessment and action. Sales managers in turn can monitor the salesperson’s response for speed and quality regardless of the device utilized to create the response. All information is provided in real time to monitor the lead response.

E-lead response times have been reduced and responses are more concise and meet the customers’ concerns in a professional manner. In 2013 Mitsubishi set a sales record in Canada, delivering 21,104 units. In 2014 demand has continue to remain strong with a 4.3 per cent increase in sales through August.
