CRM provider DealerSocket recently announced that its DealerSocket Certified Partners (DCP) program has gotten underway. The program leverages a suite of application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to provide rapid integration points between DealerSocket and third-party partners, including DMS vendors, call-tracking vendors and fulfillment centres.
“As a company focused on providing innovative solutions built around our customers’ needs, we are excited to pilot the DCP program. This program makes significant strides in streamlining each step of the automotive sales process, from initial tracking through to purchasing,” remarked DealerSocket’s co-founder and chief technology officer Brad Perry.
The DCP Call Vendor CTI Direct Post API processes data received for inbound and outbound calls. The Sales Deal Push API allows dealerships to do a one-way push of their sales deal data from DealerSocket (customer, co-buyer, sales data, vehicle of interest and trade vehicles) into their third-party applications. As DCP evolves to meet customer needs, APIs will continue to be added to this program. The planned Work Note Update API will update the sales event with information received from a third-party fulfillment centre for tracking purposes.
Current certified partners include CallSource, Century Interactive, Dominion ACCESS, InterActiveTel, Procede Software and SERTI Dealership System.
