Since it originally launched in July, One-Eighty’s Mobile Showroom has proved a
welcome tool for dealer sales staff, providing them with essential tools while on the go.
The net result allows greater flexibility when conducting business and also speeds up the sales process. The Mobile Showroom enables sales staff to access inventory, vehicle prices and payment calculators all via their smartphones and tablets.
One-Eighty has now added additional features to the program, which include updating customer privacy requests as well as adjusting lease vehicle mileage and adding or removing balloon payments. These are designed to further enhance the abilities of sales staff and improve customer service says the company.
