Dealerware has recently been selected as the preferred fleet management partner for Audi Canada’s courtesy vehicle program, a success for the company which has focused on international expansion as of late.
Dealerware started expanding into Canada last summer where they have seen significant interest. “In less than a year, Dealerware already serves fleets from 16 different manufacturers.” the company announced. In addition to Audi Canada, it also has preferred platform status for Jaguar Land Rover Canada. Making the connected car platform available in French has been a key element of the company’s Canadian expansion efforts.
As the preferred provider to Audi’s American retail locations, Dealerware has modernized more than 28 OEM brands across 900 North American automotive retailers’ fleet management processes as they transition from outdated software or paper management systems to the fully connected vehicle platform.
The announcement means Dealerware will service all 49 Audi retailers in Canada, many of which use paper-based fleet management systems. “For years we were using a paper-based system with folders,” said Mark Botelho, service manager at Audi Downtown Toronto. “Since we subscribed with Dealerware, managing our loaner fleet of 20-25 cars is easy…The amount of time that Dealerware has saved us has been tremendous. It really is the definition of working smarter, not harder,” he added.
