Waymo is opening up registration for its self-driving, ride-hailing service to more people in Phoenix, Arizona. According to Car and Driver, “Waymo One riders in Phoenix who are already using the service can now bring along their friends and family during a driverless trip. They’re also allowed, finally, to talk about the experience.” To keep the vehicles clean during the COVID-19 crisis, Waymo CEO John Krafcik said they added a “cabin-air flush” between rides.
