Mexico restart off to a sluggish start

Mexico’s easing of COVID-19 restrictions is off to a sluggish start, as the country remains in the highest red phase of the contagion alert, according to Reuters. Still, the path to slowly reopening the economy is moving forward; Mexico is starting to allow certain sectors (automakers, mining firms, and builders) to exit the lockdown.
